I fear Clone's Sav is infected now... The other Savs have no viruses, only this one, so it's obviously infected... x_x

The IV's are moderate, no EV's, only 2 Moves (Both are listed as some of its Egg Moves). Could it be the fact that the name is in English? (Not sure how to fix that, when i copy and paste its Japanese name, it just shows up as "????")
The Wi-Fi in japanese versions only allows 5 characters for a pokemon's name.

Your pokemon have an unreleased Dream World ability? An "illegal" berry perhaps? (ex: Salac Berry)dgwillia said:Would using a Japanese Pokesav and copying the name over fix the issue? Tried that. Here's the order I do everything in.Sinkromo said:...to make the file .sav open up DesMuMe load your recent save then go File > Export Backup Memory name it as you wish and save it and load it on the pokesav program, enjoy.
I might be missing something important or very basic, but I did as what was said above. I tried editing Pokemon into empty slots in my party as well as throwing some random items in my inventory as a test. Then I ran the ROM as usual, but there were absolutely no changes in the game. The .sav file is having no effect on it whatsoever. It's been a while since I've played on emulators or Pokesav for that matter, so I may be forgetting something obvious.
When I create the .sav file, it puts it in the DeSmuMe Roms folder where the NDS file is of course located. I even tried running Pokesav as administrator then saving the file. Still no luck. Am I doing something wrong?
Running Vista 32 bit, if that has anything to do with it.
Also, the items that I initially added to my inventory using Pokesav did show up eventually after reloading the ROM a few times, trying different things; I'm not sure what I did to get them to show up.I also noticed that I only had "1" in the party amount box for my pokemon slots. I thought, "oh, that's the problem," but then I changed it to 2, having one Pokemon that I actually obtained in-game and then a test one in the first and second slots, and nothing changed in-game. :|
I also tend to save the game in-game rather than saving a state (shift+F1). Would that have anything to do with it? I don't understand how those items successfully got into my inventory, but now I fail to replicate that process. :| And I can't even get new pokemon in my party even making sure you have the right number in the party amount box. Help plox.
EDIT:
QUOTE(Bond697 @ Sep 23 2010, 06:08 PM) just paste it into the folder where desmune saves your games. once you do that, delete your .dsv file. it won;t find a .dsv and will load from your save the next time you start the game. it will make a new .dsv at that point.
