Hacking CiOS confusion?!

im having a huge dilemma in which cios to install. i want to have full and both usb support. im still in rev10. can someone explain which each cios rev does and what it enables? thanks.

check the change log to see whats added to each rev.

rev10 seemed to be most stable for me, but some games i had didnt work.
rev 12 added usb microphone support along with the usb loader, but requires the HD to be in the wii's bottom usb port.

im going back and forth between rev 10 and rev13b. rev10 is faster, but some games i have that dont work under rev10 do work under rev13b. heard ghostbusters will work under rev13a, so i gotta try that.
