Hacking cios 222 wtf

ive recently put the wwe smackdown 2009 ntsc game channel on my pal wii using the channel maker by howardc (as the game on my usb is ntsc) but every time i run it i get a code dump
ive read you need cios 222 and searched but cannot find it
i know you cant post cios on here so has anyone got a link?
any help will be appreciated
