What this thread is intended for:

This modding thread was created to help showcase future mod work regarding this game in the coming future while also providing those interested in working on this game a place to learn and communicate together about mods and other various improvements for the game.

Current modding information regarding the game:

Upcoming mod goals for the game:

1. Further enhance/improve main character models field and battle model wise.
2. Further enhance/improve enemy models field and battle model wise.
3. Further enhance/improve NPC character models.
2. Further enhance/improve the games field and battle backgrounds.
3. Dive into the actual technical aspects of the game to try and improve FPS to a stable and consistent rate. (60 FPS if possible)
4. Lastly to try and fix any existing bugs like the flashing polygon issues currently on models along with the noticeable performance stutters when transitioning from map to map.

Lol I'm not sure that's true as Chrono Cross is only a 2 disc game on PSX. Final Fantasy 8, Final Fantasy 9 (Which came out around the same time), Legend of Dragoon, X-files, Koudelka, Fear Effect, Wing Commander 2 and 3, and a couple Japanese titles were the only 4 disc games on the system. Maybe you just got them confused, it happens.

yes please ,this game needs fps improvements so badly especially in battles.
but everywhere else too, the game stutters so dang much.

hope the mods will be available soon.

It's strange, no current program is capable of obtaining information from NSPs. Toolbox, NSC Builder Interface...

I need to see which are the .nca files that contain program, control, LegalInformation, etc...

Success has been made! Here is our first mod release. Props to SwitchHunter and Marlon Rodriguez for all the help!
This mod swaps the games currently blue side bars with 2 options for replacement. The much requested all black side bars and a full on epic custom side bar of Serge and Kid created by another awesome modder helping us called Metalliguy. Enjoy!

That's what I remember, of course I trust you and I am wrong. It was so many years ago. Perhaps is was a sector in a disc at the third or fourth change. Nevertheless, I could not complete the game. :/
