Homebrew CHMM - Custom HomeMenu Manager

When I go to run CHMM, all I get are the controls info on the bottom screen. No buttons work, nothing is on the top screen, and I have to hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn the system off. It basically freezes. What's up? I also have a Themes folder on the root of my SD card and it's running as a CIA. I don't think I have any weird characters in the folder names, either.

i keep my theme in the SD card like SDCard>Theme>(Game Theme Name)

Hit the power button, then select a theme, then hit the start button, then when the sleep menu pops up, hit the home button.

Maybe someone already told you, but you forgot including the .SMDH file in the v1.4 archive, meaning no icon, no info in Ninjhax / HB launcher.

Also, CHMM v1.4 doesn't load any themes at all for me, while there is still no trouble with CHMM v1.3. All my themes have PNG previews, if that helps.

How do I make preview images for the bottom screen? do i just increase the preview png to 800 px in height?

1.4 freezes on the control section thing for me, pressing anything doesnt work, so I reverted to 1.3 which runs smoothly.

To all people who are telling CHMM freeze, are you sure pressing POWER button doesn't start homebrew?
If yes, can you tell me what's your current system? (Console Type, Firmware, CIA/3DS file, CFW/GW etc...)

Not with CHMM, but there is another thread somewhere with a program which does that.

I pressed the power button ont he 3 times i tested it and nothing happened.

Firm: 9.8.0-25E

So it all works well. However after i installed a theme, i noticed the top screen showing a black bar behind the battery icon. Anyone know what caused this?

try to use a theme which was created with YATA. I've fewer problems with PNG files as BMP files.. :/
