Hacking Child safe USB loader?

Because i dont want my little Cosins to play madword or any other M rated games.

Almost all have this option

Look for the "Parental Control,Specific Titles" row. I'm using "USB Iso Loader GUI (USB LoaderGX)" but all are great loaders.
