This game kick ass. Far exceed my expectation.
The game is very easy to cheat. Except this "stamina" which I suppose you mean the ability to press B.
It appears that the game take the real time clock snapshot and compare to it so can't freeze the game to search for changing value.
The other values seems to be static and pack next to each other, just search for u32.
The save is in plain text and very easy to understand too.

I have checkpoint, so il make a backup and start a new playthru. Then test again.

Just search for the value. It is very easy to find.

I even made 3 more save slots, for a total of 5. None changed their pp or money amount to max.

Just search for the value. It is very easy to find.

It's a simple u32 search. I find it curious that the address I have is different from Mathias3DS and Jericoss who have independently found the same address. There is probably some reason this address that seems to be static for them and for me as well is different. I didn't bother to get to the bottom of it. You might have a different address as theirs' apparently didn't work for you.
