Homebrew Card slot not working on my hacked 2ds

So i recently hacked my 2ds using plailect's guide. But i still plan to buy games. since i don't have any 3ds games I tried to play one of my old ds games. The system recognizes the game in the menu, but when i actually click on this game it sends be to a blank screen. forcing me to restart the system. So I assume this a problem with the system, not the game because the actual game still works on my dsi. So if anyone else has this problem or knows the solution, could you please help. Because i still want to buy Dragon quest 7 and I don't what to buy it to have it not work

Do you have a boot animation? Or do you have any second payload?

Can you try with other games to see if them works?
Some consoles can be a little picky with DS games some times.

I've tried Devil survivor, Ace attorney 1, and also castlevania order of ecclesia, also no boot screen
