EDIT: Well what do you know...showed up this time. When I click it, it brings up a pop-up asking whether I wanted to hide the post (while other moderators could still view it) or delete the post entirely. When I clicked delete the post entirely it brought me to the "You don't have permission to use this blah blah stopped reading". Seems like its a moderator button that shows up sometimes. Huh.
