Gaming cant remember title of game

hey im trying to remember the name of a game i lost when my pc ate my microsd its a war game where your country just fragmented and your trying to take over and reunite the parts, each turn is a month, one month is tactical, one battle, one personnel, you can recruit, execute, or let go enemy generals after you defeat them, thanks in advance.
