Go back to an earlier date.
Try going a few years earlier than the year your DS is set to.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Something I forgot to tell...
If the Kernel of your Flashcard came a few years ago, you can't change the date to a date BEFORE that particular version of your Kernel was released.

it is mentioned 2006 on the back of the ds.

No I don't mean the date youd DS was made LOL.

I mean... the Kernel of your Flashcard has an expiration date. If you attempt to run your flashcard when your Kernel already expired it won't boot!
So, Turn on your Nintendo DS, go to settings, and change the date of your DS to a date BEFORE you had this problem.

If your Kernel is from this year try setting your DS date to the year 2018.

I did like you told me to do. Then I inserted the card , still the same issue.

Judging by your photos... that flashcard seems to not be a real R4 but a clone.
So... if you're downloading a Kernel from the official R4 site, it might not work because your card is a clone.

You can try to use an external shell that replaces the "original" Kernel of your Flashcard. But the only one I can think off is called Moonshell.

Have in mind that the last time I used a flashcard was about 10 years ago, so my memory about this is not that sharp.

Other thing you can try is to go back to your older Kernel (the one you were using before updating the kernel) ans try to use it with your DS set an an earlier date.

I certainly can't thinkg of anything else because I don't know that flashcard.

You are right,it is not an original R4. So , do I have to download a kernel named Moonshell .

No, you don't have to.
You can try to use it.

It's not like guarantedd it will solve your problem.

If your Flashcard was working before you updated your Kernel... why won't you go back to that version?

Well I tried to download a game for my son. I don't know what I did . The result was that error.

What?

This happened when you downloaded a rom?

This is confusing...

So... you updated your Kernel or not?

Can you still be able to load into the Flashcard menu? The screen where you can select your games.

Please reply if this error happened when you tried to load a rom or when you updated your kernel.

Yes the error happened when I tried to load a rom.
.

.

I tried to download different kernels but the same error happened when i insert the flashcard. I can't play with it anymore

Well... here's what you gotta do:

1.- Try to load ANY OTHER ROM than the one you're trying to load.

2.- If you can load ANY OTHER ROM then there's nothing wrong with your Flashcard.

If you're still unable to load ANYTHING then do the following:

1.- Go to this site: http://www.r4ds.com/wood-r4/wood-r4-v1.62-download.html and replace the Kernel you currently have on your SD with the one in that link.

2.- Change the date of your Nintendo DS to the year 2013

3.- Try to load anything and if you're still unable to load anything, then I'd suggest you to go back to the kernel you were using before this happened.

REMINDER: ROMS MUST BE UNZIPPED WITH .nds FORMAT!
REMINDER 2: NOT ALL ROMS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL FLASHCARDS (specially if they're clones)

I downloaded wood R4. The same problem occur.

Sorry for late reply pal. I'm having Internet problems.

Damn... the only thing I can think of now is that probably your SD card is dead?
Do you have a spare SD card to test your Flashcard?
You can try using another SD with all your files to rule out this possibility.

I tried with a new sd card. The same error appears. No chance.

Ok then, if no one here knows what else might be causing the problem... then my last suggestion is to get a real Flashcard.
I recommend you the TTDS.

Original TTDS has the SD card slot on the RIGHT side.
Clones has them on the LEFT side.
This is measured with the label facing away from you.

When you tried WoodR4, it appears you put the zip file on the SD card instead of extracting the contents, unless you just have both the zip and the contents thereof for some reason.
