Homebrew Can't boot from sysnand after some questionable decicions

Hey guys, how are you?

Context:
So, after updating the Hekate and Atmosphere, and updating the sysnand do 18.1.0 firmware, I tryied to use Daybreak to update the emunand to the 18.1.0 firmware.

All good but an error occurred on atmosphere boot (something like this: github /Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/issues/1776) and following some loose instructions (and thinking I had a sysnand backup) I deleted the file /save/80000000000000d1 from the SYSTEM partition.

Turns out I only had to delete the atmosphere/contents/010000000000bd00 to solve the issue...

The issue:
Now, when I try to boot from sysnand, it get stuck on the Nintendo Switch screen. And I don't have the sysnand backup to restore the deleted file...

Am I totally screwd or there is a way to fix this? (I would love to keep my 100+ hours BOTW save btw)

Please help!
