Hacking cannot install cIOS38rev14/15. please help!

I just had the Homebrew Channel installed on my Wii v4.2e and was trying to install the cIOS38rev14. I copied the installation files to the apps folder on my SD card, inserted it into wii. I can see it from HBC. I clicked on it, it loads. I can see the first screen, where i can change the IOS numbers with left and right buttons. But when I press A to continue, the Wiimote stops working and no actions can be reflected on the screen (though the background music is still playing). I had to press the power button for a while to force it to shut down.

I have tried to download the package from difference sources, and even tried the new rev15. All have the same problem.

Please can anyone help me with this?

u must get trucha bug 1st follow xzxeros guide.

you need a trucha bugged ios!
make one with trucha bug restorer
you can find guides for that all over here
