its not made into law yet, as I have heard that it needs to be passed but since the federal government is going to break for the summer, it is ok for now i think......


but it wont work because you can't really track down every single person, and have cyber police

Though it does mean some people are going to get screwed , which is never good.
Even though it won't affect me, I just hope this law won't get passed.
