Question Can You See The Smiley Button?

Some users, including me, have noticed the lack of a smiley button in the post options menu. But I just found out some people can actually see it, shown here:

Looks like you're using the BB Code editor. Click the button pictured below to enter Rich text mode, which has the smiley button. (It's on the very right of the editor bar)

As @Voxel Studios said, the issue was in the faulty BB code editor.
I had to go to my account preferences in order to switch editors though.
And yes, I do feel like an idiot for making this thread, but the fact that there's no love for the BB code editor is really sad.
