Well, you might have changed your sysnand and it would be easier to just backup your emunand.

You can't simply backup emuMMC with hekate. You need to clone the partition with your computer.

I have a partition type emummc, and is easily bakcuped using dd:

dd if=/dev/xxx of=./emummc.bin bs=256M status=progress

Where xxx is your partition emummc
