Don't just blindly follow guides or you're likely to encounter major issues.

I've heard a lot of talk on sysNAND and rxTOOLS and so on and forth and i have no idea how to do it im runnning homebrew on 10.3 can you explain what sysnand and that stuff does and if i like what i hear how to do it?

Is dangerous. Much chance of brick. Never worth. But seriously, buy one from someone on eBay.
