Hacking Can people work on creating emulators using the new 3DS emulator?

Sorry, by "3DS emulators", i mean the homebrew created to run legacy console on the 3DS like nes snes gba gbc etc.
Does the homebrew utilize full 3DS cpu or its still stuck on ds mode ?

Can we find a way to unlock the 3ds 2nd cpu thats locked to the OS to run the homebrew somehow?
That way there will be hope for ps1 and n64 emus lol

I released a Chip8 on my Github(open-source), it's use the ARM11, it's good to make homebrew.

About the PS1, N64 blá blá... i think it's need all service, to do it, you need make a lot of things xD
