Hacking can not load Gc backups

can not load Gc backups have softmodded wii with 4.1e and neogamma have also installed Cmios ver 4 and ios 38 rev and so on
i can load wii games on dvd-r but when i put in a gc multi game disc the just restarts and go back to system menu
can someone help?
