Hacking Can I use Wii U controller in vWii mode? Any workarounds or autoboot homebrew channel?

I'd like to softmod the vWii on my Wii U console, but it's inconvenient for me to find a Wii controller just to start Nintendont or The Homebrew Channel (which support the Wii U Pro controller).

Are there any workarounds for using the Wii U or Wii U Pro controller on vWii? If not, can I autoboot something like Nintendont that does support the Wii U Pro controller?

the gamepad has a sensor bar on top of the screen, turn on your wii u holding "b" on the gamepad, it goes directly into vwii.

He means a Wii U controller, like the Gamepad or the Pro Controller.

Sadly, no. Maybe with IOSU, if that ever comes out.

That's actually what I meant. The longer one for the wiiu. I always confuse the nintendo controllers.
I thought you could with loadiine if he wanted to play back ups.

You could also use candles or Christmas lights. XD

You just need two lights. Candles will work. The sensor bar justo needs power from wii. There is no data that is exchanged

yeah but he cant select the emulators becuase he doesnt have a wiiremote to select them even if they support wiiu pro lol.
