    Well... The bus ticket that I was promised is happening, alright... But I'm having to buy it myself. And raise the money for it. And find a place to stay when I arrive. Because the woman who "Supposedly" bought it and arranged everything was my mother, a chronic liar.

    Finally have a bus ticket back to Georgia for next Tuesday. After half a goddamned year here in Cowboy Hell, I will FINALLY be going home. I'm going to be pleased as fucking punch to see the back of this place and I hope & dream I never have to come back here again.

    I've been in Cowboy Hell for half a year, and up until now haven't been able to have proper internet access for a stretch of that time. In my defense I haven't genuinely been aware it dropped on us until now.

    Cowboy Hell is where dreams go to die. Whereever you walk you will always smell the pungent aroma of cowpats everywhere, the only music to be found is a deep-fried and bass-boosted "Ecstacy of Gold" by Ennio Morricone in the background, and just over the horizon you can see the giant ever-screaming ghost of Jimmy Barnes wailing his clarion cry above the mountains' ridgeline.
