Not with the SCSD you can't. If the slot-2 was an EZ-V 3in1 expansion pack you could, or if the slot-1 was a Supercard DS you could, but your particular combination will not work. You'll have to continue using the Supercard patcher and putting the patched roms on the Supercard's SD card.
