I know you can't use Wii U Gamepad in vWii mode but something has been stuck on my mind for a while. So i have been thinking that is it possible to create a WiiVC New Super Mario Bros. Wii title that supports gamepad from TeconMoonsVC Injector? I remember playing some gamepad supporting wii games from it (Example: Xenoblade Chronicles). Is it also possible for it?

Listen, my earlier reply was probably a bit moody! I'm just fed up seeing the same question asked when it's been covered numerous times in here.... Not having a go but this is why 'search' exists.

I'll not cover it again here but the long and the short of it is everything has been tried, nothing works.

a custom version of New super mario bros wii made for the wii u so it suports gamepad
Are you talking about porting the entire game to the WiiU side of things natively just to support the gamepad? That's a ton of work and not really worth it imo. You would have to really be good at coding to even make that happen.

no i mean add code not porting reply (adding code also would remove ability to play on the wii)

I'm honestly not sure what you mean. The only way I can think of that it might be possible is with Teconmoon's Injector but other's have stated that it doesn't work with this game so it sounds like your're out of luck.

So you want to add wii u code to a wii game? I can't make that any clearer than that really!

I guess we can't make you believe what we are telling you however if you decide to take the project on yourself I wish you luck.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
