Hacking Can I play any region games on Neogamma r7 cios 38 rev 14?

Hi, would really appreciate some help here as this is a bit of a dark area for me. I have always been very careful to ensure all games I backup are PAL so as to not brick my Wii. I have a PAL Wii running Neogamma r7 CIOS 38 rev 14, do the developments in this new Neogamma launcher now mean I can play any region games safely?
