Hacking Can I install cIOS rev13b with the LU64 Fix?

I just installed the Homebrew Channel via Bannerbomb on my LU65 3.4U Wii and I was wondering if I could install cIOS38 rev13b after installing the LU64 fix from this thread: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=152406. I have not installed the LU64 fix yet. My goal is to load backups from a USB hard drive. What should I do from here? Sorry for the noob question.
