My attempts to mod Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked to play back stereo music have been fruitless, so I'm coming here to ask where I could commission it through a bounty or something. I can dump like $20 or $30 into this, it's very important to me. I know a couple others who could chip in as well. All regions would be nice but if necessary I can settle for just USA. Stereo audio files will be provided to whoever takes it up for testing.
Additionally, I'd like a heavy increase in both the overall music volume and, more importantly, the music volume during cutscenes (when there's voiced dialogue) if possible. Preferably keep them equal around -3db or something around there, it's not like there are many other sounds in the mix that would be loud enough to cause any sort of clipping, and if there are, it would be very brief.
