There is not enough info here to add to the list. Please update

sometimes bootmii reports boot1?. when it does that, it refuses to install at boot2. so mark those as incompatible. I had a LU32 with the boot1?, don't remember what boot2 it had.

my wii now is LU304 boot1b boot2v2

Very good to know. Do you know what causes it to report "boot1?" ?

It worries me to put your LU32 as it would be the first to negate my beliefs and we don't have enough of the serial number. I will keep it in the back of my mind for now.

i just posted 2 wiis on your spreadsheet kind of twisted right now posted dec 2010 when it should be dec 2008 my bad

QUOTE(xaxa @ Jan 24 2010, 02:55 AM) I screwed up on my serial number. Please use this instead:

LU50653XXXX

Done, and thanks!

Small problem with the data sheet related to my console. I entered the information myself after posting it here but forgot to let you guys know so someone came a long and added it to the list again. So there are now two entries for my console and they both contain incorrect data.

Here is the corrected information:

S/N: LU10663
boot1 version: b
boot2 version: 4
bootmii can be installed as boot2?: Yes
Purchased: Before xmas after launch, unsure when it was first purchased because I got it through ebay. It has not been modified in any way outside of softmods and I know the motherboard in it is the one it came with.

Sorry for the trouble.

Note for myself (google spreadsheets won't work from my current location).

These have been checked and added to the forum list:

LEH15455
LU5141
LEF114192

and I fixed DownSince86's serial.

I had been saying this for a while. It's so easy for all of those at the lower end of any beginning two serial numbers to be compatible while those further down in each set aren't. And then it just looks like just because a number is higher that it doesn't work.

I filled out the form.

I agree, but the problem is knowing where the actual cutoff is. I really don't understand why this thread hasn't taken off since there is so much to be learned by it.

Also, I just repaired/modded 3 more Wiis and added them to the list as well as updated everything.

It takes time man. I actually have 4 more wiis to add to the list, but I hate the fact that I have to enter it into a spreadsheet (that I still haven't figured out how to do (someone please clue me in)), and i have to add it to this thread.
You don't need to add it in both the topic and the spreadsheet
If you add it in the Spreadsheet (using the form), subrosian will add it in his first post (dunno why)
