Download easy patch tool らくらくパッチ Ver.0.1b from Nagoaka Station

Open up the rom and paste the below code in and patch!

00149988: 0C 36
00149AE0: 7A 7B

I did not make this fix, This fix was made By Triforce and you should thank him!
Do not ask me where to download the rom >_>

Works Perfectly, though the game lags a little, but I don't think that's due to the code

Don't wanna complain but after I patch i get a .nds.bak file...

I edit the name back to .nds and put it in my micro sd and boot my ez flash vi and it still doesn't go past the title screen


Did I do something wrong?

It creates 2 files, a .nds file and a .bak file, the .nds file is the patched version, while the .bak file is a backup of the original.
