Gaming Blue and red stats in Pokémon B/W

Hi,

I've just noticed that some stats of my pokémons are lightly colored in blue or red. By example, my Emboar's attack stat is in blue and his special attack stat is in red. What does that mean ?

To add onto SoulSnatcher's answer, the feature was added in HG/SS.

And I've attached a link with a chart stating which natures affect what stats, so you can use it to help you select your Pokémon.
