Gaming Block memory for VC and wiiware games

I found in some proper release the nfo giving number of block recquired to install the stuff

. Can someone give me info on average block needed to install:
-Nes wad
-SNes wad
-N64 wad
-Wiiware wad

Is a rule like " 10 Mo makes 10blocks" ?

(I got 700 blocks left free

)
