After uninstalling unlaunch via twlmenu++ and exiting, It showed 'An error has occurred'. I powered it off and on to see that it boot into a black screen. Is there any way to fix this?

You'll need to restore an existing NAND backup, by hardmodding your console.
Also, how do you access the eMMC storage in the dsi. Technicaly saying, how do you hardmod your dsi.
