It seems there problems because of the smaller screen

The game launches fine on n3ds 9.2 fw with pasta cfw with firmlaunch turned off.

That means the game doesn't even use any n3ds keys.

The game may work on the o3ds with a patch or hex edit.

the manuals all use the default encryption to provide backwards compatibility (because you can launch the manual without running the on cart update), people could read the xenoblade manual on a o3DS unless they update to a n3DS aware FW which then blocked it from showing up (unless that doesnt apply to eshop games but i doubt it)

ahhh, ok i guess newer eshop games are exempt then , guess that makes sense with them adding the pre-download feature, we couldn't possibly have people reading the manual early
