they wont send the coupon, in fact they dont send any emails...

anyway I got charged $61.94 on my debit cards site even though I got an email from tenpay saying I paid $58.34 and on eachmall it says my order total is $58.34
not sure where that extra money went...

Before I got that error I was getting "Bank declined"
How am I suppose to pay for the order? lol

I've already sent a message to them asking to switch it to PayPal (eachmall.com) or tell me how I am suppose to pay for it.

Any Suggestions though?

Did you type it wrong or did it really took 3 months to be delivered?

25€ for a r4i is dirty cheap, but 3 months?

Sorry guys, I'm an idiot. I did type it wrong, (since the date format is different in my language). The point of my post was that the card got delivered, in a reasonable time, but that the packaging was absolutly lame.

The store wont bother with paypal for flashcart orders, its not worth the risk of getting their account frozen
Thats why they have 2 diferent sites, .me and .com
Tenpay worked fine for me with a mastercard debit card

I have sent a lot of messages as well. They did cancel an order for me in about 3 days =/
Maybe they will answer their emails quicker.

I was wondering if it is normal for them to ask for a scan of my credit card and drivers license to confirm that it was indeed my credit card?

I told them that it is mine, I am out of country on vacation at the moment and don't have a way to scan, and that the shipping address is the same as the billing address and they are welcome to call my credit card company. Still waiting to hear a response... but yea.

Payment went through fine, which is the purpose of having a payment provider such as TenPay... they should be the ones verifying if anyone. It feels like an identity theft technique... if they won't send it then I will see about cancelling and not care too much I guess...

tenpay is like paypal in china, there is also another one called alipay

unless you pay for the $20 shipping then its probably going to take probably 5 days or so
assuming you paid the extra $0.27

Oh, weird didn't get that option. only DHL or super saver shipping. but i assumed the time was for arrival not how long they take to ship their items.

Now that the promotion has ended, and I didn't get to pay them with TenPay they marked the orders "invalid" Come on Eachmall. It wasn't my fault tenpay wouldn't let me pay for it!

I've emailed them, telling to make me an order for the same items with the SAME price as I had order. I mean, it wasn't my fault I couldn't pay yet. Tenpay blocked me.

I wonder how they can undercut their competition though by $10-20 for gateways
