So most airlines in the states limit batteries to less than 160W unless u have some sort of medical condition and requires permission to get a larger battery onboard. If a battery outputs 5V I'm limited to a capacity of 32000 mah. So what's the largest capacity battery that I can bring on a plane that is less than 160 watts and will charge my switch the fastest? I can't find like a sorting tool but given the small 160 watt limit I was hoping for lots of options. Thanks for any help.

I believe you mean Watt-Hours.

160Wh @ 5V = 32000mAh

ravpower 26800 is crazy good, i bought one. it can charge your switch while you play easily.

it can give you 12hrs battery life increase for the switch, so with zelda running you could play it for 15hrs straight before your ravpower bank and switch go empty

What airline are you using, all the ones I looked at are limited to 100Wh.

100Wh @ 5v = 20000mAh

In order to charge while playing you need 15v

100Wh @ 15v = 6666mAh

U are right I guess. I'm using southwest airlines which limits to under 100 Wh, >100 Wh and <= 160 Wh requires operator approval. I'm not really sure what operator approval means. But I guess I should stay 100 Wh so I don't have to deal with the headache. What's the best 100 Wh that can charge my switch while playing it and charge fastest.
