Misc Benefit of using same NNID on Wii U and 3DS?

I would like to know if there is really a benefit to link my Wii U and 3DS consoles? The 3DS console is already on CFW and online (NNID not banned) but my Wii U is still on stock, I bought it just recently and its not yet connected to the network. Now I would like to hack my Wii U and install CBHC but should I use the same NNID or create a new one?

I asked myself the same question. Finally did you use the same account on your Wii U ? Does it increase the risk of ban to use the same NNID on a CFW 3DS and a CFW Wii U ?
