BBcode in inbox turning to css?

I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this...anyway
For example someone sents me a pm with this:

Test test
[center]test[/center]

blah
blah blah

And if I choose reply, it will turn into this:

CODE

Test test

test​

blah
blah blah

I get this too. It was fixed before, but it came back maybe a week or two ago. Also when you Preview the post or go to more options in the Fast Reply box you get this:

[BR][/BR]

A lot.

All of it gets screwed, quote tags, etc.

Example, I was talking with apb407:
