ROM Hack batch edit all pokemon OT, trainer ID, LEVEL, and SHINY or NOT

can someone make a program for me that can batch edit all pokemon ot, trainer id, its level, and shiny or not.

then only one click and all my pc boxes pokemon will match.

i need one for pokemon black, white, heartgold, soulsilver, platinum, diamond, pearl

i know, just want to match them so pokemon will obey
