Hacking Backup ios file

I need help trying to get my ios file to work. I have used winrar to extract the file. Do I need to patch this or BrickBlock it? I currently have a 3.2U firmware system with HBC, Gamma Backup Loader with 002 fix, and Starfall . Is there a tutorial or a guide listed somewhere her??

Side question…is there a way to find out if during my installs I have put the cIOS36 rev7 on my Wii? How do I find that out??
