Hacking Back up data games to luma3ds

I'm planing change rxtool to luma3ds but i has a lot of datas game.
Is it save to back up games from rxtool to luma and how?

You don't need to backup your games if youre just changing from rxTools and Luma3DS with menuhax you just copy over the luma3ds boot.3dsx and things of rxTools, although personally I suggest getting A9LH

Could you tell me how to install menuhax in fw 6.0 or i have to up fw?
