Hacking Awiier v2

Has anyone heard any good or bad news about the Awiier chips? Seems a version 2 is about to be released or is already out. Here is the info that I got. Check out the pic.

The name of this modchip is called Awiier2

This modchip is different from the traditional modchip. It is a pure IC without PCB, So it is impossible for it to be defective except that the software being put in wrong way. So for this product, we will not guarantee to get back that so called defective products-----------you need to be a professional operator who knows how to install it correctly---because the wrong operation will lead it being damaged.

Never heard of it, does the exact same thing as any other chip, so I'd go with one a little better known.
