Homebrew Attempting to launch Homebrew through Nintendo Sounds, but it won't work...

I am currently using a Nintendo 2DS and am running the 11.13.0-45U firmware. I have appropriate files and created the folders, however, any time I try to play "<3 nedwill 2016" it says "Could not play". Any suggestions on what I can do?

No. That's method is not compatible with your system version.

If you want only homebrew, just try with this:

Or, with this other:

Both are compatible with 11.13
