Attachment size limit in User Submitted News?

I just posted this topic in the User Submitted News forum, and when I tried to attach the zip file (225 KB) it told me it exceeded the amount of space available.

What is the size limit for attachments? I couldn't find anything that said how much space I had, or how big a file could be.
