Hacking Atmosphere switch between Sysnand and Emunand without entering RCM Mode

is there a way to reboot from emunand into sysnand without the need of a dongle ?

Yes, if you are not using autorcm or you reboot to hekate payload and boot stock.

For now you have to do as Kubas_Inko above suggested.
Reboot to payload/RCM Reboot is your best option. However, you will need something to inject your payloads should you wish to switch between them.
On a last note. If you're using Hekate you can easily reboot by selecting "Restart" from the power menu. Shortly thereafter the hekate menu will appear wherein you can choose what to boot to. Remember to press the VOL- button if you have autoboot configured.
