Hacking Atmosphere not booting via fusee-primary nor via fusee-secondary

Hello everybody,

That's a shame that my first post to this forum is to ask for help...

Story time:
My wife wanted me to install Animal Crossing but I was on official firmware 9.1.0 and a custom firware 9.1.0 on Atmosphere v0.10.2.

What I wanted to do:
- Update to latest Hekate
- Update to latest Atmosphere
- Update switch CFW to latest supported by Atmosphere

How did I do it:
- Update Atmosphere and Hekate first
- Cry
- Try to get back to last working state
- Cry
- Try to reset everything
- Cry

How did I do it detailled:
I followed NH guide to update, so I first tried to update to latest Atmosphere (v0.14.4) and Hekate (v5.3.3 + nyx v0.9.4).
And this is were I got stuck... I first got a "pkg2 decryption failed" when I tried to boot updated Atmosphere from updated Hekate...
After many tries I decided to get back to old backed up state of my sdcard and I wasnt able to boot in atmosphere v0.10.2 anymore neither.
I followed many guides to "unbrick" my switch thinking it was in a bricked state but nothing more happened.

So what is the state of my switch right now:
- I can boot up RCM and can launch payloads (hekate/tegra for example)
- I can start switch with official firmware
- I can't boot into Atmosphere from Hekate then fusee-secondary
- I can't boot into Atmosphere from Hekate then fusee-primary
(shows Atmosphere loading background then a small Atmosphere white logo on black background and finally ends up booting official switch firmware)
- I can't boot into Atmosphere directly from payload fusee-primary
(shows Atmosphere loading background then a small Atmosphere white logo on black background and finally ends up booting official switch firmware)

What I lastly did:
- MMC rebuild from suchmememanyskills (cannot link sorry)
- Saves backup from suchmememanyskills (cannot link sorry)
- Restore NAND backup from nh-server (cannot link sorry)
- Complete SDCard format into fat32 and following back the whole installation process from nh-server (cannot link sorry) using latest version of Hekate and Atmosphere

So could you please guys advice me what to do next? I think I did a lot of useless steps but whatever... I'm kinda lost right now...
