Very dangerous.
I did it without a hardmod and almost bricked 7 times.
I was very lucky.

Yeah, I'd wait a while, if you have a stable, working setup, there's absolutely no reason to do this right now (especially if you don't have a hardmod). I'd guess in probably a few days to a week, someone will come up with a clean process from start to end on how to do this while minimizing bricking potential.

Yeah, then use 2.x to run an experimental program hacked together a few hours ago to get a file that we have no idea if it works.
