if A9F.bin is OTP, then 256 (0x100) bytes is accurate.How big is the A9F.bin file suppose to be? The one I got was 256 Bytes, I just wanted to be sure if I got it dumped before updating again.

In theory, it's possible, but's it's very risky. NAND mod is recommended.Anyone have the courage to do it on N3DS with no NAND mod (I'm not being that serious, by the way. That's a risky thing to do.)?
