ROM Hack ARKANOID Translation wanted

Hi!

Is any english translation of ARKANOID DS planned? Anybody already working on it? I'm not able to do this on my own, no programming skills, no japanes either...

Note for moderators, can we somehow enforce some rule against this ? A better thing would be to do a "Essential Japanese titles (not coming to the us) that should be fan translated" and have people give their opinion there and be a lot less rude than those random "translation wanted" topics.
