Started messing around with music hacking again and I am running in to some problems.

When I try to convert a midi that was made with gba2midi, midi2sseq just crashes. It works fine it random midis I downloaded earlier.

Can anyone help me?

This is a pure hunch but I'd try opening and re-saving the midi with a normal midi editor (make sure it's actually saving, some programs won't if no changes are made) then using midi2sseq.

Having another problem. Seems like the sseqs made from midi2sseq are not playing correctly on the DS. The notes duration seems to be truncated, followed by silence for the remainder of the time the note should be played. Also the tempo seems a little to slow. The same thing happens when I convert a sseq from the game to midi and then back to sseq, the midis sound fine.

That sounds like an issue with midi2sseq, afraid I can't think of anything to help.

Oh darn. I was hoping I might have had a older version or something.

Ill see if I can get it working.
