Are there any cheap ways to get physical copies?

Getting the japanese version, Amazon tends to have reasonable prices, you might get a better price on Yahoo Auctions if you buy several games, but the process is a bit more involved to get the games shipped.
 
Exactly as asked in the title. Only problem is that if it's a half decent game it's either gone or extremely overpriced. Do y'all know any good sites or anything?
That's the neverending circle of game prices. After fifteen years good games tend to become expensive. Been there, done that. With NES games, SNES games, N64 games and definitely with Gamecube games.

If you complain about current DS game prices, I can assure you this is just the start. You can get lucky at flea markets, on Craigslist (or similar services) and to a limited degree at second hand game shops.

Dedicated web shops are pretty much your worst option. Same goes for Buy Now ebay listings in most instances. Auctions can get you something nice for less if the stars align.
