Hacking Anyone tried this media for backups?

I have Nexttech or Fujifilm dvd-r around the house and was just wondering if anyone has had any luck using either of these media types to backup games. thanks for any help

I tried fujifilm DVD-R 8X and I burned Wii Sport and it worked. However, I burned Zelda and it did not load. I am not sure why Wii Sport worked and not Zelda. Anybody else tried these media. I have an older Pioneer burner (I think it's a 102 model).

Nexxtech works for me; using LGE10L @ 4x.
